Integrative Counsellor
Life presents us with unexpected challenges from time to time, doesn't it? One moment everything seems smooth sailing, and the next, we find ourselves grappling with issues that profoundly affect our relationships, career, or academic pursuits. These experiences often shake our confidence, challenge our sense of identity, and make navigating daily life a struggle. Under such pressures, it's not uncommon to find ourselves engaging in thoughts and behaviours that are counterproductive.

About me and my practice
Throughout my diverse professional journey, I have gained expertise in social care, hospitality, childcare, and elderly care. This has allowed me to hone a versatile skillset and a deep understanding of human emotions. My commitment to aiding individuals has led me to provide tailored support to children, young adults, individuals, and couples facing challenges in education, relationships, and employment.
My dedication to assisting others extends to private work and involvement with charitable organizations focused on addiction, trauma, and relationship issues. I have experience guiding individuals of all ages through past and present traumas. I approach each situation with respect and professionalism, drawing from personal challenges like loss, bereavement, and workplace bullying to provide empathetic support.
Creating a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth is central to my approach. I prioritize building trust and rapport, fostering a non-judgmental space where individuals can comfortably share their experiences. I am passionate about trauma and relationship counselling and leverage my empathetic nature and strong listening skills to support individuals in developing healthy coping mechanisms and resilience.
Moreover, my expertise in trauma-informed approaches and relationship counselling allows me to tailor techniques to meet individual needs. I use evidence-based interventions to guide individuals toward a brighter future.
